The Importance of Being Educated Before Hiring An Attorney

Clients often feel that they would rather go the dentist then to visit an attorney.

Although that statement may have made you smile or laugh, it is quite concerning to me.

The problem is the clients often don’t know what they need, what questions to ask, or anything about the practice area of the attorney. Before potential clients can make decisions about what to do, it is important that they thoroughly understand the area in which they need assistance.

At Bellomo and Associates we provide weekly two-hour free educational workshops which, although entertaining and fun, are also jam-packed with important information about estate planning and elder law. As a thank you for attending these workshops, workshop attendees are provided a free one-hour consultation with one of our attorneys.

This allows the client three free hours to get to know upfront all about estate planning and elder law, as well as their options and costs of their plans. We also strongly believe that this in-depth interaction between potential clients and an attorney affords clients the ability to get to know the attorneys and the practice areas before having to make decisions, which is the best way the start a successful and rewarding attorney-client relationship.

There is no reason for there to be any unknowns or stress in the estate planning process, as the thought of estate planning is stressful enough.  Let’s have a little fun, get educated and start a great relationship together.  Click here to RSVP and join us!
