Jennifer

With a growing family and a growing family business besides, we came to Jeff to get help with estate planning and to make sure we had all the proper documents in place in case the unthinkable happened. Jeff understood our needs ss well as out budget and time constraints, and he worked with us carefully to make sure that our documents were air-tight so that we could know that if anything happened to either my husband or myself, whether the other spouse was incapacitated or deceased, the successor could carry on and continue to make the best decisions for the family and business. No one wants to think about this, especially when you are in your 30s, in fact, it can be unnerving and a bit confusing. Thankfully, we picked the right attorney because Jeff made the whole process very approachable, understandable, and everything we did seemed very sensible. We felt that we did not pay for more planning than was necessary and we feel secure that we have everything set up the correct way. I mean, once you are not able to make those decisions to keep your family safe, and you’re incapacitated or no longer on earth, that opportunity to get the planning in place is over. Especially when children are involved, my husband and I truly felt that it is important to find an attorney who will make sure the trusts are set up correctly and that guardianship issues are addressed in a manner that gives us peace. Jeff is that attorney. I have recommended him to my relatives and friends, and I will continue to do so. We will be needing to make more changes over time as our kids and business grow, and I know I can depend on Jeff’s expertise.
