MacKenzie Decker

Mackenzie joined the Bellomo & Associates team in January 2026 as the Life Care Planning Program Assistant. MacKenzie has a passion for helping and advocating for the elderly. She has a bachelor's degree from York College in Human Services with a minor in Gerontology. MacKenzie is also a certified Dementia Practitioner and has her Activity Director certification. She has spent many years working in long-term care in the recreation field. For fun, she enjoys listening to her vinyl record collection, camping, and rooting for the Orioles. MacKenzie is a Coca-Cola and Ford lover. She enjoys driving her classic 2000 Ford Mustang GT. Lastly, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cat Salem.
