Kelley Weber

Kelley joins Bellomo & Associates as the LCP Program Assistant, bringing more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career working in dining services at a retirement home in her hometown of Quarryville, PA, before completing her degree in Health Information Technology at YTI Career Institute. In 2017, she earned her Associate’s degree along with her Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential. Her professional background includes roles such as Document Imaging Specialist for the Heart Group of Lancaster, HIM Coder at Masonic Villages of Elizabethtown, and, most recently, Medical Records Specialist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. Throughout her career, Kelley has been known for her strong attention to detail, collaboration with providers, and dedication to supporting patients through accurate health information management. Kelley lives in York, PA, with her husband and two cats, Snickers and Blaze. Their family is growing, as they look forward to welcoming a baby boy in the fall of 2025. She has two siblings—an older sister, Kim, and her twin brother, David. In her free time, Kelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, shopping, traveling, and, of course, talking about cats. One of her favorite memories is a trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, where she got engaged to her husband at the top of the Skylon Tower overlooking the falls. Kelley is excited to start the next step of her career with Bellomo & Associates and is excited to see what the future holds.
