Josephine Conaway

Josephine began her career with Bellomo & Associates in March 2026. She earned a Business degree from Penn State University and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer experience, sales, retention, and team development. In her role, Josephine supports the client experience by helping ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from their very first interaction with the firm. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building strong teams, creating meaningful client experiences, and delivering on promises. Josephine feels honored to support families as they navigate some of life’s most important decisions. Her mission is to compassionately guide clients through the estate planning and elder law process by helping simplify complex situations, ease burdens, and provide families with confidence and peace of mind. Outside of work, Josephine enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and family, taking in life’s moments both big and small. She also enjoys hosting family gatherings, exploring new places, cardio kickboxing, gardening, and volunteering.
