[Special Announcement] : To our valued clients and community partners:

28DF80F4-B52B-4A21-B2B4-519CCDDBAC05We are closely following updates from the CDC on their recommendations during this unsettling time.

First and foremost, the health of our clients, our team and our community partners are most important. If anyone who will be attending a meeting in our office has any symptoms of upper respiratory illness or fever, we kindly ask that you postpone your meeting or reschedule for a later date. Also, if you have traveled outside of the US or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please also reschedule your appointment.

We are offering all appointments with all attorneys or team members by phone call or video conferencing. We have a zoom video account and will make arrangements to do all meetings by video. You will need a camera equipped device such as a smartphone or laptop computer.

For anyone who wants to come in for a client meeting we are taking the following precautions: We are asking everyone who enters our building to immediately hand sanitize (we will provide). We are wiping down all handles, doors, toilets, tables before and after every meeting. We are spraying with Lysol in the air before and after every meeting. We are asking everyone to not shake hands. We are asking everyone to frequently and vigorously wash your hands before and after you leave the building.

We are requesting that all clients keep their pens and materials given by our office.

If you are meeting with someone in our office and you do not want to have to wait in the lobby, please call the office and let us know. You can remain in your car and we will send someone out to get you when the conference room is open and will walk you directly into the conference room.

Any clients who want to attend an estate planning or crisis workshop will be offered a link to watch the link at home or watch it live on a zoom webinar.
