Attorney Bellomo assisted us with estate planning/wills. The process was very professionally handled, and our results were exceptional. My wife and I are in our mid 40’s and we have two teenage boys. My wife and have a son who is mentally handicapped and has a debilitating disease. We went to Jeff to ask his help in writing a “Special Needs” Trust for him. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our need. We spent quite a bit of time with him drafting exactly how the trust should written to ensure that our son would be protected. He was very timely in completing the document for us and we were very pleased and satisfied. When it came time to go to court for his guardianship, we asked Jeff to represent us and help us through the process which in Pennsylvania is extensive. He handled this process with speed and efficiency. Again, we were more than happy with his services! Jeff is not only a fantastic and knowledgeable attorney but kind and compassionate as well. I first attended his seminar several years ago. We were looking to invest or funds so that they were best protected later. We feel that too much funds go to the government and not our family. With a growing family and a growing family business besides, we came to Jeff to get help with estate planning and to make sure we had all the proper documents in place in case the unthinkable happened. Jeff understood our needs ss well as out budget and time constraints, and he worked with us carefully to make sure that our documents were air-tight so that we could know that if anything happened to either my husband or myself, whether the other spouse was incapacitated or deceased, the successor could carry on and continue to make the best decisions for the family and business.
