Dan is originally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, where he attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, earning his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in History. Dan then attended law school on a full academic scholarship at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It was during his law school years that Dan formed a lifelong friendship with Jeff Bellomo, his study partner and best friend. Dan graduated magna cum laude and served as an internal editor on the school law review.
Upon graduation from law school, Dan spent several years in commercial litigation in the Pittsburgh area, then spent twelve years as a partner in a law firm in Johnstown, Pennsylvania where he continued his litigation practice with a heavy emphasis on family law.
In 2018 Dan joined Bellomo & Associates so he could realize his dream of once again teaming up with his friend, Jeff, for the rest of his career. Dan now focuses his practice exclusively on estate planning, estate administration and elder law.
